The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Plaintiff seeks a judgment of absolute divorce pursuant to Chapter 50 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The parties were married on December 17, 2017, in Alaska, and separated on or about June 1, 2023. There are no minor children born of this marriage.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than November 9, 2026, which date is forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of first publication. Upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
