Public Hearing Notice
The Marion County Commission will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. at Marion County Building, 119 Military Street N Hamilton, AL 35570. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the County’s 2025 Solid Waste Management Plan. Information to be presented includes proposed revisions and additions from the 2015 Plan. Citizens are urged to express their views on the County’s new plan as well as any environmental concerns that the project may cause. All citizens are encouraged to attend to comment on the proposed activities.
