The Winfield Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on the 2027-2031 Five Year Plan at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Housing Authority office located at 340 11th Ave West, Guin, Alabama. Interested persons are invited to attend.
