Randall Vickery
Mr. Randall Ivan Vickery, 73, of Brilliant, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at his residence. Mr. Vickery was born in Haleyville, Ala., on Dec. 31, 1951, to Hermit and Marie Dickinson Vickery. Randall was a member of Bethel Freewill Baptist Church and attended faithfully. He was a 1970 graduate of Brilliant High School and employed with Continental Conveyor for 43 years before his retirement in 2017. Randall enjoyed spending his spare time being outdoors, coon hunting and playing guitar.
Mr. Vickery is survived by his wife of 47 years, Janice Fowler Vickery; his sons, Cury Vickery (Kimberly) and Ricky Spiller (Tina); grandchildren, Jude, Kingston, Isley Vickery, Ketia Evans (Aaron), Jennifer Lacy (Justin) and Cassie Traweek (Caleb); great-grandchildren, Kennah Beth and Karter Lacy, Avery Tucker and Hayden Evans.
Mr. Vickery was preceded in death by parents and his grandson, Hayden Spiller.
Funeral services for Mr. Vickery were held on March 14, 2025, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Goldmine Church of Christ Cemetery.
