Rodney Oneal Rice, whose whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff, must answer the Complaint of The Citizens Bank of Winfield against Defendant, for a judgment upon money in the principal sum of Nine Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Three and 42/100 ($9,473.42) Dollars, an attorney’s fee in the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-One and 01/100 ($1,421.01) Dollars, and subsequent interest and costs no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him Case No. 49-DV-2026-900027, District Court of Marion County, Alabama.
