Hamilton gets first win in Curry game

HAMILTON — After a rough start to the season and a tough loss against their bitter rivals Winfield, the Hamilton Aggies won their first game of the season at their homecoming against Curry on Friday night in Hamilton.
The Aggies, who came into their matchup with the Yellow Jackets with an 0-4 record, were desperate to get a big win at home and give their season a bit of life with just a few weeks to go.
The home side did not disappoint during a special homecoming night as they beat the visitors 61-20.
Most of Hamilton’s games this season have ended with large gaps in the scoreline, but Friday night, it was the Aggies’ turn to break open the scoring.
This win for Hamilton ends a five game losing streak with four games left in the season.
They will play their next game at home against the 4-2 Dora Bulldogs on Friday, Oct. 13, at Sargent Stadium.
