Mr. Jerry Paul Aaron, 82, Winfield, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at his residence. He attended Kingdom Faith Church and was owner/operator of J & J Body Shop in Brilliant. He enjoyed spending time with his friends drinking coffee and telling stories at his shop. He liked watching old westerns and restoring vintage cars and trucks.

Mr. Aaron is survived by the love of his life - Jenny Scott and her son - Greg (Wendy) Scott, Moundville; his grandson - Zane Scott; mother-in-law - Lois Gilstrap; brother-in-law - Jody (Allyson) Gilstrap, Birmingham; nieces - Anna and Abby Gilstrap; a nephew - Julian Gilstrap; and a host of other relatives and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother - Oma Lee Aaron; aunts - Pearl Sumner and Hazel Aaron; and cousins - Dan Sumner and James Ingle.
The funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. A private burial was held on Thursday, July 22, 2021, from the Littleville Cemetery near Haleyville.

Mrs. Sims was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and worked for Piggly Wiggly in Winfield for many years.
Mrs. Sims is survived by her daughter - Jean McNeal (Mike) Killingsworth, Fulton, Miss.; two sons - Rick Sims, Moline, Ill., and Kelley Sims, Winfield; two grandchildren - Marcie Sims and Sonia Sims; nephew - Charles (Pam) Holcomb; nieces - Judy Brown and Lisa (Larry) Wiginton; and a host of other family members and friends.
Mrs. Sims was preceded in death by her husband - Thomas Sims, Jr.; a daughter - Debra Sims; and her parents - Elmer and Carrie Nation Beckett.

Mrs. Carolyn Jeanette Neal Webster, 74, Hubbertville Community, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021, in the Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham.

She was born on Sept. 18, 1946, in Lamar County to Stanley and Bessie Pugh Neal. She was a member of the Winfield Church of Christ and was a hostess at Jack’s Family Restaurant in Winfield for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years - Phillip Webster; son - Scott (Myra) Webster, Red Bay; daughter - Jill (Matt) Graham, Hoover; grandchildren - Mason and Abby Webster and Connor and Mattie Grace Graham; a brother - Kenneth Neal; and a host of other family members and friends.
Mrs. Webster was preceded in death by an infant son - Keith Webster; and her parents - Stanley and Bessie Pugh Neal.
A graveside service was held for Mrs. Webster on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, from the Berea Church of Christ Cemetery.
Bro. Scott Webster and Bro. Ted Burleson were the officiating ministers.
