Sealed bid proposals will be received for the above-referenced project by Ms. April Franks, Executive Director, at the office of the Hamilton Housing Authority, hereinafter referred to as “Authority,” at 690 Bexar Avenue East, Hamilton, Alabama, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026.  Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.  

The project will consist of replacing approximately 11 HVAC units for residential apartments at properties in Hamilton, Alabama.
