Mrs. Barbara Louise Stegall, 73, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, in the Baptist Princeton Hospital in Birmingham. Mrs. Stegall was born on Oct. 11, 1951, in Flint, Mich., to Ralph and Helen Jenning Stegall.
Barbara is survived by her siblings, Phyllis Fischer and John A. Rogers, both of Michigan, and her sister-in-law, Carolyn Linley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy’ Franks and her parents.
A memorial service for Mrs. Stegall will be held at a later date.

Maxine Wisham
Nora Maxine Wisham, 90, of Guin, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025. She was born Jan. 24, 1935, to Thomas Jackson Tucker and Bertha Mae Palmer Tucker in Hamilton.
Maxine married Billy Calvin Wisham on April 27, 1956. She was an active member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church in Pea Ridge.
She worked at Sunset Manor for 20 plus years and was the dietary manager. She was loved by the families, residents and employees.
