Hackleburg's 24th Annual Neighbor Day will be held on Saturday, July 5

HACKLEBURG — The Town of Hackleburg will celebrate its 24th Annual Neighbor Day on Saturday, July 5, this year, with festivities all day culminating in a massive fireworks display that night.
Festivities begin early on Saturday  with lots of general vendors, food vendors and a fun kids’ zone.
Organizers with Neighbor Day have noted the family atmosphere of the festival and invite you “to bring the whole family.”
Artists will also be performing, with live music running continuously throughout the day up until the fireworks show. The complete musical lineup was not available by deadline, and will be published in the next edition of the paper.
The main stage area for Neighbor Day is located downtown in the Walker Street Curve, next to Bright Beginnings Daycare at 310 Walker Street.
Right down the street, at the Bozeman’s Hackleburg Market, the “Hackleburg 4th of July Cars & Bike Show” will be held. This car, truck and bike show is open to everyone, organizers have noted.
Registration for the show starts at 8 a.m. The cost is $20 per car, truck or bike or $30 for two entries. As part of the show, cash prizes will be given away all day. For more information, contacts are Terry Allison at 205-495-4890, Theresa Allison at 205-495-6853 or Ray McCarley at 205-495-1640.
