Dwain Nix
Arthur Dwain Nix, 86, of Hamilton, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2025, at his residence. Dwain was born on March 28, 1939, in Bexar, Ala. He was a truck driver for 47 years and retired from Wrangler in Hackleburg.
Survivors include sons, Tommy (Teresa) Nix and Timmy (Billie Jean) Nix; grandchildren, Colby (Alex) Nix, Conner (Cassie) Nix and Kylee Nix; great-grandchildren, Blair Nix and Baylor Nix; sister, Carolyn Baldridge; sister-in-law, Becky Nix; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, L.M. and Quilla Mae Nix and brothers, Ragnel Wayne Nix, Dois Nix, and Doyle Nix.
Funeral services were held on April 19, 2025, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Bethlehem Cemetery.
