Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by James Matthew Brown, an unmarried man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for First Federal Bank, a FSB, its successors and assigns, on February 18, 2022, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, on February 23, 2022 at Book OFFR 2022, at Page 2480, as Document Number 181157.
