Pat Fowler
Mrs. Patricia Perry Fowler, better known as Pat, 87, of Winfield, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at her residence. Pat was born on March 5, 1938, in Winfield, to William and Marie Perry McConnell.
She was a devoted member of East Side Baptist Church, a graduate of Winfield High School and attended the University of North Alabama. Pat worked for many years with Fruit of the Loom in Winfield until her retirement. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time in the mountains, working in her yard and flower beds and watching the birds outside her window.
She is survived by her sister, Zokie Norris (Ronald); niece, Cindy Reed; nephew, Ron Norris (Michelle); great-nieces and nephews, Chip, Brett, Brooke and Hilarie; her beloved dogs, Fluffy and Fella; and a host of other extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Fowler; her son, Shane Fowler; and her sister, Barbara Spann.
Funeral services for Mrs. Fowler were held on Dec. 10, 2025, at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the McConnell Cemetery.
