Elizabeth Thomas McKinley, 83, of Guin, passed away Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin.
Born Feb. 14, 1941, in Gordo, Ala., she is the daughter of the late Clarence and Maggie Edwards Thomas. She had lived in Guin most of her life and had retired from the garment plants. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Guin.
She is survived by a daughter, Tina Roberts; a son, Eddie (Jennie Morris) Roberts; and a grandson, Jon Roberts, all of Guin.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Dunn and Ruthie Dorobkowski and five brothers, Joseph, Kenneth, Jimmy, Robert Ellis and Ray Lewis Thomas.
Funeral services were held Sept. 28, 2024, at the Veal Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Guin with burial in the Webb Cemetery. Bro. Kenny Hatcher officiated.
