Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, Ala. Code §§22-22A-1 to 22-22A-17, as amended, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue a Consent Order to Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co., LLC, the owner/operator of a compressor station for the transmission of pipeline natural gas currently operating in Hamilton, Marion County, Alabama.

The violation consisted of emitting air pollutants from Emission Unit No. 002 in excess of the Unit Specific Proviso No. 2(a) of the facility’s Title V Major Source Operating Permit.
