NOTICE OF COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that, N.C. Morgan Construction Co., Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for A New Jail and Sheriff’s Offices for the Marion County Commission, at 842 Industrial Drive, Hamilton, AL 35570 for the State of Alabama and the (County) (City) of Marion, Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify WAR Construction, 4300 Joe Mallisham Pkwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
