Ables, deceased and on that day, said Will was filed in said Probate Court. The 31st day of March, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. has been set and appointed as the day for the hearing of said Petition, and the taking of testimony in support thereof, at which time any and all heirs at law can appear and contest the same if you see proper.
