IN THE PROBATE COURT OF MARION COUNTY, ALABAMA
Letters Testamentary of said deceased having been granted to Kristie Oswalt Donald as Executrix on the 15th day of September, 2021, by the Hon. Paige Nichols Vick, Judge of the Probate Court of Marion County, notice is hereby given that all person having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same within the time allowed by law or the same will be barred.
Decree Admiting will to Proabate and Record and Granting letters testamentary
This 15th day of September, 2021, being the date set by this Court for the hearing of the petition of Kristie Oswalt Donald to have admitted to probate and Record an instrument which purports to be the Last Will and Testament of Brenda Carter Oswalt, deceased; and notice having been duly issued and served upon or accepted by the next of kin of the deceased, as required by law; and the Court having heard the evidence offered for and against the granting of the said petition; and the Court being satisfied from the said evidence that the instrument which purports to be the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased is the true, genuine and legal Last Will and Testmanet of the said deceased.
It is, therefore, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court that the said instrument which purports to be the Last Will and Testament of the said Brenda Carter Oswalt, deceased, was duly and legally executed by the deceased; that the said instrument is the true, genuine and legal Last Will and Testament of the said deceased; and that the said Last Will and Testament be, and the same hereby is admitted to Probate and Record in this Court.
It is further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that Letters Testamentary be granted to the said petitioner, Kristie Oswalt Donald, as Executrix under the said Last Will and Testament of the deceased, without bond, and except, as may be hereafter required by the Court for the cause, that she be releved and exempt from filing of making any invenentory or appraisal of the deceased’s estate, or any settlemtn of the estate or the administration thereof or any accounting to any court, and that such personal represe4ntattive shall be free from the control and supervision of any court, in accordance with the terms and provisiions of said will.
It is furthered Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by this COurt that the said Last Will and Testmanet of the deceased, together with any evidence or testimony of subscripting witnesses, be recoreded in the Probate Records of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, as provided by law.
