Sealed bids will be received on a 1975 24x56 mobile home located on Lot 6, Block 12, Glen Allen Subdivision (11th Street W.), Glen Allen, Alabama 35559. Bids can be received by mail or delivered in person to the Town Hall for Glen Allen, Alabama, located at 156 Hwy. 129 S., Glen Allen, Alabama 35559. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked. Late bids will not be considered. Bids shall be opened at said date and time. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids that substantially alter or change the terms outlined in the bid prospectus may not be considered. The Town of Glen Allen makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to the condition of the mobile home. Formal acceptance or rejection of bids will be made within three (3) business days following the bid opening. The purchase funds shall be remitted no later than three (3) business days after the successful bid. Seven (7) months will be granted for removal of the mobile home solely at the responsibility of the successful bidder.
