HAMILTON — Express Rx of Hamilton recently added a new registered pharmacist, Bayleigh Brown, to the staff, with manager/registered pharmacist Mickey Gerstman noting, “We’re thrilled to have her. She is an excellent pharmacist. She’s friendly, helpful and outgoing.
“She always has time for patients. She’s very intelligent, and she just works hard. The things that need to be done--she just does them.
“She’s excellent with the staff, and she works well with the other employees we have. She’s very articulate and forthcoming, and she communicates very well with her fellow employees and with the customers.
“She’s a definite asset to our store.”
Brown said she graduated from pharmacy school at Union University in Jackson, Tenn., in 2022.
“I am enjoying working in Hamilton,” she said. “I like working in Hamilton because it’s a small town, and you can really get to know everybody in the entire community.”
She noted she is originally from Fulton, Miss., and recently moved back to the area with her family after her husband, Harris, retired from the military.
The couple has two sons: Asher, 4 and Warren, 9-months-old.
“We invite everyone to come see us at Express Rx,” she noted.
Gerstman, who is also the pharmacist in charge, expressed his appreciation of all the staff at Express Rx, which includes certified pharmacy technician Lindsey Miller and pharmacy technicians Taylor Franks and Bethany Wiginton.
