Cody Oneal Rice, whose whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff, must answer the Complaint of The Citizens Bank of Winfield against Defendant, for a judgment upon money in the principal sum of Thirty-One Thousand Sixty-Five and 09/100 ($31,065.09) Dollars, an attorney’s fee in the amount of Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine and 76/100 ($4,659.76) Dollars, and subsequent interest and costs no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case No. 49-CV-2026-900021.00, Circuit Court of Marion County, Alabama.
