WHEREAS, the County Commission of Marion County, Alabama, proposes that the public interest will be served by the vacation of the public highway herein described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF MARION COUNTY, ALABAMA, That a public hearing shall be scheduled at the Commission Office located in the Marion County Courthouse on the 15th of July, 2024, at 9:00am for the purpose of receiving the public’s input on said vacation; and
