Under and by virtue of a Decree of Sale in the above styled cause rendered by the Honorable Daryl Burt, Circuit Judge, on the 28th day of July, 2025, I, Denise Mixon, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall on the 1st day of October, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., proceed to sell at public auction the following described real estate on the West door of the Marion County, Hamilton, Alabama Courthouse, for cash to the highest and last bidder:
Beginning at a point on the South R/W line of a County Paved Highway where the West boundary line of the SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 7, Township 11 South, Range 13 West crosses said R/W line; thence East and along said R/W line a distance of 465 ft.; thence South 25°00’ West a distance of 387 ft. to an iron pin; thence East and parallel with said R/W line a distance of 400 ft. to the West Bank of Woods Creek; thence Southerly and along the West Bank of Woods Creek a distance of 460 ft.; thence West and parallel with said R/W line a distance of 650 ft. to the West boundary line of the said SW 1/4 of SE 1/4; thence North and along said boundary line a distance of 805 ft. to the point of beginning containing 10.5 acres, lying and being situated in the SW1/4 of SE 1/4; Section 7, Township 11 South, Range 13 West, Marion County, Alabama.
