ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Marion County Commission will be accepting bids until 8:30 am on September 2, 2025 at the Marion County Commission Administration Office and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The bids will be for Pressure Washing of the exterior of the Marion County Courthouse, including the East Side patio area.
Requirements are that each Bidder shall have a valid Business License, general liability insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance (preferred), all automobiles insured and fully covered, a performance bond and a $5,000 bid bond.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specs and other information may be examined at the Administration Office of the Marion County Commission. Bid packages may be picked up at the same location.
The Marion County Commission reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
