Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of August, 2025, Letters Testamentary on the Estate of Mary Ruth Orange Swims, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Judge of Marion County, Alabama. All persons having claims against the estate must file itemized and verified statements of such claims in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, within six (6) months after the granting of Letters Testamentary or the claims will be barred.
