WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a mortgage from BRANDY C REID, SINGLE MAN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 223 ARBY DR, HAMILTON, AL 35570.

Said foreclosure sale shall be held on the 10th day of October, 2025, at the Marion County Courthouse, Hamilton, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale.
