Marion County Commission
The Marion County Commission is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified organizations to provide professional engineering and/or architectural services on an as-needed basis. Selected, Qualified firms will be placed on a list of pre-approved vendors for a period of five (5) years from this date, June 21, 2023, to be called upon as needed.
Applicants must prove they are a licensed professional eligible to work in the State of Alabama.
The Marion County Commission reserves the right to award any number of contracts or not award any contract. Due to the as-needed nature of the work, no work is guaranteed on any contract, even if awarded.
Sealed packages may be mailed to the Marion County Public Water Authority, Attn: Jan Cummings, P.O. Box 909 Hamilton, AL 35570, or hand delivered to the Marion County Public Water Authority, 130 Industrial Dr., Hamilton, AL 35570 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
