Donald Ray Bolton, 86, Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Hamilton.
He was born on July 2, 1935, in Tishomingo County, Miss.
He was married to June Palmer Bolton for 65 years.
He worked in the manufactured housing industry for 35 years, retired in 1995 and was inducted into the Alabama Manufactured Housing Industry Hall of Fame in 2013.
He is survived by his wife - June Palmer Bolton; daughter - Sheila (Johnny) Frederick; grandson - John (Lara Lee) Bolton; daughter-in-law - Carrie Bolton; great-grandchildren - Griffin, Foster and Bennett Bolton; and brothers - Larry (Peggy) Bolton and Billy (Ming) Bolton.
He was preceded in death by his parents - Foy and Jewell Gray Bolton; son - Steve Bolton; and sister - Barbara (Jimmy) Gilmore.
The funeral service was held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Love Joy Cemetery.

Barbara Faye Bussey, 78, Winfield, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, in the Diversicare Health Care Center in Winfield.
She was born on Oct. 8, 1942, in Winfield to Benny L. and Annie Lou Bussey.
She was a 1961 graduate of Winfield City High School. She was employed for 20 years with the Winfield Public Library and retired in 2004 from the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield after over 20 years of service in the dietary department.
She is survived by her sisters - Betty A. Miles and Bennie Lou Spann; nieces - Vanessa M. (Dan) Brewer, Crystal Bussey, Pamela Davis, Renna Bomana and Michelle McDowell; and a host of great-nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A private family service was held on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from the Bowen Funeral Home with burial following in the Winfield City Cemetery.

Mr. Garry O’Neal Dozier, 67, Wayside Community, passed away on Thursday July 1, 2021, at his residence.
Mr. Dozier was born on March 30, 1954, in Guntersville to Grady and Betty Jean Dozier. He was a member of the Wayside Church. He spent most of his life working as an iron worker, a coal truck driver and a carpenter.
He is survived by his wife - Connie Miles Dozier; two daughters - Michelle Dozier (Ron Norris) Hollis and Raven Dozier (Nathaniel) Perry; his mother - Betty Jean Robbins Dozier; four sisters - Teresa (Phillip) Stricklin, Donna (Gene) Nix, Debby (Steve) Reed and Sherry Porter; two brothers - Jeff (Aleta) Dozier and Bill (Pam) Dozier; and grandchildren - Meagan Joyce (Landon Snow) Hollis, Robert “Neal” O’Neal Hollis and Cameron Drake Perry.
Mr. Dozier was preceded in death by his father - Grady Lee Dozier Jr.; a brother - Danny Ray Dozier; and grandparents - Grady Sr. and Loraine Busbee Dozier and Theodore “Ted” and Ora Mae Nell Robbins.
He was blessed with many special friends throughout his life, including his Wayside Church family - Junior and Kim Travis, Betsy Walker, Charlotte, N.C., Chip Hollis and Tia Doss (staff member of Hospice of Northwest Alabama).

Mr. Jimmy L. Hayes, 73, Winfield, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021, in the Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham.
He was born in Winfield on Dec. 17, 1947, to J. D. and Ella Faye Hayes York.
He was a 1966 graduate of Winfield City High School and a Sargent in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church and the Haleyville Masonic Lodge #464. He worked and served his community in many jobs and attained many titles throughout his life, from pinsetter at the Winfield Bowling Alley, ambulance driver for Miles Funeral Home, coal miner at North River Mines, to loan officer for State Bank & Trust at the Mid-Town, Winfield and Guin branches. He was also employed with South-Trust Bank and was bank president for Community and PeoplesTrust Bank.
He served five years on the Winfield City School Board, and four years on the Winfield City Council, but his position as advocate and contributor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and many other charitable organizations he helped to support.
Mr. Hayes is survived by one son - Kent Hayes; one daughter - Dana (Matt) Lynn; three grandchildren - Katy (Dee) Wallace, Hunter Lynn and Anna Lynn; one sister - Cynthia Hayes; one niece - Regina Miles; and three nephews - Tim (Sonya) Miles, Tony (Vickie) Hayes and Marty (Tracy) Miles.
Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by his parents - J.D. Hayes and Ella Faye York Hayes; two sisters - Johnnie LaNell “Nell” Hayes and Doris Hayes Miles; one brother - Jerry Hayes; and his niece - Renee Hayes Wheat.
The funeral service for Mr. Hayes was held on Saturday, July 3, 2021, from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Winfield City Cemetery with military honors presented at the graveside.

Lonnie Alton Peoples, 77, Hamilton, passed away on June 18, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on Jan. 14, 1944, in Marion County to the late Taylor and Quinnie Peoples.
He was survived by his wife - Joyce Jones Peoples; sons - Barry (Susan) Peoples and Scotty (Tonya) Peoples; grandchildren - Abram and Luke Peoples; step-children - Dana (Jeff) Fleming, Henry (Christie) Jones and Rickey (Beth) Jones; sisters - Betty (Herman) Bostick and Peggy Robertson; and a host of step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was born on Jan. 28, 1938, in Winfield to Hershel and Sammie Raburn.
He was a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church and the Winfield Masonic Lodge #304. Mr. Raburn was a 1956 graduate of Winfield City High School, a veteran of the Army National Guard and retired from the 3M Company after 36 years of service.
Mr. Raburn is survived by his wife of almost 65 years - Beverly Raburn; children - Michael Raburn, Dwayne Raburn and Cathy Rayburn; grandchildren - Alex Raburn, Gill Chaffin, Melanie Carter, Chris Chaffin, Tess Raburn, John Raburn, Kaleb Blackburn, Nathan Bowling and Madison Bowling; siblings - Lynn (Brenda) Raburn and Marilyn (David) Duncan; sons-in-law - Jesse Rivers and Ronnie Chaffin; and daughters-in-law - Donna Raburn, Tracy Raburn and Tamera Bowling.

Barbara P. Wilson, 78, Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Compassus Hospice Inpatient. She was born in Guin on Saturday, Aug. 22, 1942, to James Rufus Phillips and Willene Pearce Phillips.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband - Don Wilson; daughter - Regina Hines; granddaughters - Whitney Bowen, Tabatha (Tyler) Platts and Addi Bowen; great-grandson - Kamden Allen; sister - Carolyn (Duraine) Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
