EDA welcomes new marketing, membership director

HAMILTON -  Hamilton native Jamie Christian has accepted the position of marketing and membership director for the Northwest Alabama Economic Development Alliance (Northwest Alabama EDA). 
“I’m so excited to have this opportunity to work for the residents of my home county, in addition to our great neighbors in Lamar and Fayette counties. My time with the chamber in Hamilton marked the beginning of my calling to community service and, although I deviated from that field for a few years, it feels good to be back and I’m thankful to be a part of this team that has been putting our area on the map,” said Christian.
“I’ve always believed that we are stronger together and can accomplish great things if we believe in the same mission and work toward the same goals. That’s why I’m so encouraged by the three counties in our region working together.”
