Stephen Lyle Atkinson, whose whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff, must answer the Complaint of The Citizens Bank of Winfield against Defendant, for a judgment upon money in the principal sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-One and 68/100 ($3,921.68) Dollars, and subsequent interest and costs no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case No. 49-SM-2025-900515.00, Small Claims Court of Marion County, Alabama.
