Agnes Inez Wilson was born on March 5, 1939, in Hamilton, Ala. She passed away on March 2, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Agnes was a 1957 graduate of Hamilton High School. She was a homemaker and loving mother to her seven blessings. She served for over 30 years as secretary at the Marion Baptist Association. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she served faithfully as church clerk, Sunday School teacher and and choir member.
Survivors include her children, Shelia Miller, Frankie (Melissa) Frederick, Johnny (Sheila) Frederick, Freda (Jay) Hudson, Kevin (Angie) Wilson, Kelly (Jeff) Hood and Konnie (Sandy) Wilson. She is also survived by a house full of precious grandchildren, great-grandchildren,and numerous nieces and nephews.
Agnes was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Don S. Wilson; parents, R.D. and Lily Williams; siblings, J.B. Williams, Grady Williams, Eva Maxwell, Fay Harris and David Williams; son-in-law, Dan Miller; and her first husband, Bobby Frederick.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Hamilton First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens.
