NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
CITY OF HAMILTON
MASS GRADING FOR I-22 INDUSTRIAL PARK
HAMILTON, ALABAMA
Sealed bids for the construction of the Hamilton Industrial Park Mass Grading will be received by the city clerk at Hamilton City Hall, 736 Military Street South, Hamilton, AL 35570, until 11:00 am CST on Monday, June 29, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11 am. No bids shall be accepted or withdrawn after this time.
The Hamilton Industrial Park Mass Grading project will consist of Site Grading, Drainage, & Erosion Control Measures. The bid package may be obtained by emailing your request for bid documents to Sean Russell at srussell@sain.com and Chris Jenkins, PE at cjenkins@sain.com.
All bidders must be licensed by the State of Alabama Licensing Board of General Contractors, as required by Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended.
All bids must be submitted on provided bid forms and must be in a sealed envelope. A bid bond is required. The City of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
