YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of May, 2026, Joe Williams presented to the Court a Petition for Letters of Administration of the Estate of Rodney Dennis Lovett, deceased. An Order from the Court was issued on May 12, 2026 appointing Joe Williams as Administrator of the Estate of Rodney Dennis Lovett, deceased.
FURTHER NOTICE THAT THE Court has appointed attorney Jeremy Streetman as the Guardian Ad Litem to represent and protect the interest of the heirs at law who are unknown.
FURTHER NOTICE THAT this notice will run in the Journal Record, a local newspaper in Marion County, Alabama for three consecutive weeks, beginning June 3, 2026, at which time you may contact the Guardian Ad Litem, if you see proper.
