Stephen Lyle Atkinson, whose whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff, must answer the Complaint of The Citizens Bank of Winfield against Defendant, for a judgment upon money in the principal sum of Thirteen Thousand Eighty-Eight and 84/100 ($13,088.84) Dollars, an attorney’s fee in the amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Three and 33/100 ($1,963.33) Dollars, and subsequent interest and costs no later than thirty (30) days after the last publication, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case No. 49-DV-2025-900123.00, District Court of Marion County, Alabama.
