NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF THE DISSOLUTION OF COMPREHENSIVE FIBER SOLUTIONS, LLC
Pursuant to Section 10A-5A-7.05, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, Notice is hereby given that Comprehensive Fiber Solutions, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("Company") has been dissolved and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Alabama Secretary of State’s Office, effective on the 21st day of October, 2025.
Notice to parties who have a claim against the Company. Unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this Notice, your claim against the Company will be barred.
Please present your claim against the Company to Comprehensive Fiber Solutions, LLC, Attention: Buddy Allan Frazier; 554 Crooked Creek Road; Brilliant, AL 35548. To substantiate your claim, please include the following information with your claim: Your name, address and telephone number; A copy of all written documentation you have in support of your claim; A brief statement of the nature of your claim; The date upon which the liability was incurred, for what the liability was incurred for, and the name of the contact person at the Company who authorized the liability upon behalf of the Company.
