NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Joseph Earnest, a married man who holds title as Joseph Randall Earnest joined herein by his wife, Deborah Earnest, to Union Planters Bank, N.A., dated the 7th day of February, 2003, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, in Volume 0827, at Page 023. The undersigned Mortgagee, Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage s/b/m to Union Planters Bank, N.A., will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the of the Marion County Courthouse, in the City of Hamilton, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on October 23, 2025, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Marion County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot Number 4 in the Osborn Sub-Division to the Town of Winfield, Marion County, Alabama, said lot being 150 feet on the west side, 175 feet on the north side, 150 feet on the east side, and 173 feet on the south side, according to the map of said addition as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Marion County, Alabama, in Map Book 1, at Page 62 (presently Map Cabinet A, Slide 8).
