The City of Winfield is now taking seated bids on used stoplights, working at time they were removed from service and have been stored indoors. Lights come in a variety of sizes and designs. Prospective bidders should ciontact Winfield City Hall for a bid sheet and to set up a time to view lgihs. Bids are due at 4:30pm on or before May 21 at Winfield City Hall at the office of city clerk.
