given that Johns and Kirksey, Inc., has completed the Contract for, Miscellaneous Repairs
to Towers at Hamilton Aged and Infirmed, Hamilton, AL, Alabama Department of
Corrections, Montgomery, AL, Owner, and has made request for final settlement of said
contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials or otherwise in connection with
this subject should immediately notify Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, LLC 2660 Eastchase
Lane, Suite 200, Montgomery, AL 36617 in order to avoid Barring of Claims by Law.
