This matter is before the Court of on the verified petition in writing of Jennifer Byrd alleging therein that petitioner is a resident of Marion County, Alabama and is heir of Samuel Byrd deceased, who was domiciled in same county at the time of his death on the 3rd approximately $25,000,000.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that notice of the filing of this petition be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in this County; and that an order be entered after the interval prescribed by law, directing the summary distribution of the assets of said decedent to the distributes entitled to the decedent’s property. Ordered and decredd this the 11th day of April, 2024.
