The Town of Brilliant is considering making an application to the Alabama Department of Enviromental Management for a Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan.
In order to inform the citizens of Brilliant of components of the program, a public hearing will be held at Town Hall on April 24, 2024 at 4:00pm, which is located at 1275 Main Street, Brilliant, AL 35558. An enviromental information document will be available for public review at Town Hall during business hours. Citizens will be informed at the meeting of the nature and extent of the proposed activities, the amount of funding available, and the time frames for the program year.
Further, the Town of Brilliant will be accepting comments on the application for the Alabama Department of Enviromental Management’s CWSRF Loan Fund for the purpose of the “2024 CWSRF Sanitar Sewer System Imporvements.”
Every citizen in attendance will be afforded the opportunity to express their views of the program and the needs of the community. Citizens who wish may submit their comments in writing to:
