LAWNCARE FOR WINFIELD CITY CEMETERY
The City of Winfield will be taking sealed proposals for contracting mowing and weed cutting maintenance of the Winfield City Cemetery for the 2024 Lawn Mowing Season.
Sealed Proposal should include the following specification:
Your cost for a minimum of twelve (12) mowings and weed-cutting of the entire City Cemetery.
Your cost for each additional mowing and weed-cutting for the entire City Cemetery.
The successful bidder will be required to provide for all its employees, proof of liability insurance at a minimal of $100,000.00 AND Workers compensation coverage per state requirements. Please include three (3) different references (with phone numbers) upon submitting of your proposal. In order to insure the City’s expectations are met, quality of work will be evaluated within the first month with an understanding of the City’s satisfaction of work performed.
Deadline to submit your sealed proposal is 5:00 pm on Friday, March 15, 2024. Please submit to City Clerk Angie Oliver at Winfield City Hall. Please contact 205-487-4337 for more information.
