HAMILTON - A Hamilton woman has been indicted on 10 charges by the Marion County Grand Jury for her involvement in the motor vehicle deaths of a Brilliant man and a minor last summer.
According to the 25th Judicial Circuit Court District Attorney Scott Slatton, Tiffany Jean Crane, 27, was arrested on Sunday, May 2, and is being charged with two counts of manslaughter, two counts of criminal negligent homicide, four counts of second-degree assault, driving under the influence and reckless driving.
She remains in custody at the Marion County Jail in Hamilton on a bond of $250,000. Crane was allegedly the driver in a single-vehicle accident which occurred the night of July 22, 2020.
