In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that K&A Builders, Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for renovation for Bevill State Community College Drafting Building Renovation and Main Building Abatement, ACCS Project # 2025-143-BSCC and Architect’s Project # ABHM260005 at Bevill State Community College, 1333 Military St., Hamilton, AL 35570, for the State of Alabama, County of Marion, City of Hamilton, Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Goodwyn Mills Cawood, 2400 5th Ave. S, Suite 200, Birmingham, AL 35233, USA.
