WINFIELD — Winfield hosted three track meets at once on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30. Teams from the surrounding area traveled to Winfield to compete in the Alabama High School Athletic Association’s 1A section 3, 3A section 4 and 4A section 3 track meets.

WINFIELD — The Winfield Pirates and the Hamilton Lady Aggies won the 2022 Marion County track and field championship on Wednesday, April 20. Marion County High School’s girls’ team and Hamilton’s boys’ team were the runners-up.
