GUIN - The Marion County Red Raiders saw their season come to an end on Thursday, May 6, after falling in back-to-back games against the Falcons of Donoho High School in the third round of the Class 1A State Baseball Playoffs.
SYLVANIA - Winfield completed a two-game sweep of Sylvania with a 9-4 victory in the Alabama High School Athletic Association’s Class 3A State Baseball Playoffs second round on Friday, April 26.
The Alabama Sports Writers Association Class 3A’s second-ranked Pirates improved to 33-7 on the season to set the school record for wins, which was previously 31 victories set by the 2016 team (31-14).
