INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Winfield Housing Authority will receive bids for H.U.D. Capital Funds Program, HVAC Replacement for The Winfield Housing Authority, Winfield, AL at 2:00 p.m., C.S.T. on July 22, 2025 at the office of the Guin Housing Authority, 340 11th Avenue West, Guin, Alabama 35563, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held on July 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., C.S.T. in the office of the Executive Director of the Guin Housing Authority. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions, should they arise, relating to the Contract Documents. It is not mandatory that bidders should attend but is STRONGLY advised.
Contract Documents are on file at the office of Patricia E. Sherman, Architect, 307 Wall Street, Gadsden, Alabama 35904.
