You are hereby notified that on December 20, 2024, Little Joe Cullum filed in the Probate Court of Marion County, Alabama a petition for final settlement in this Court of a certain paper writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Mary Francis Brewer, deceased, and on that day, said Will was filed in said Probate Court. Said petition states that you are heirs at law and next of kin of the deceased. The 29th day of May, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock p.m. has been set and appointed as the day for the hearing of said petition, and the taking of testimony in support thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same if you see proper.
