ORDER ON PETITION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
IN THE PROBATE COURT OF MARION COUNTY
IN RE: The Estate of Thomas Williams, Deceased.

This matter is before the Court on the verified petition in writing of Elon Purser alleging therein that petitioner is a resident of Marion County, Alabama and is an heir of Thomas Williams, deceased, who was domiciled in same county at the time of his death on the 10th day of February 2025; that the Decedent died intestate, and left personal property valued at approximately $10,000.00.
It is therefore ordered by the court that notice of the filing of this petition be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in this county; and that an order be entered after the interval prescribed by law, directing the summary distribution of the assets of said decedent to the distributees entitled to the decedent’s property.
