TO: Defendants Heirs at Law of Edward Hugh Carter, Deceased and Heirs at Law of Earlaine Carter Nelson, Deceased and all other persons or entities claiming any present, future, contingent, remainder or other interest in the Defendant lands, where true names are unknown to the Plaintiffs’ at the present time but which will be added hereto by amendment when ascertained, you are hereby notified that the Plaintiffs’ in the above-styled action has filed a Complaint concerning the named property in the said Complaint filed in the 15th day of October, 2024, and that by reason of an Order for Service of Summons by Publication entered by the Court on the 18th day of December, 2024, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve the Honorable Fred Wood, Attorney for the Petitioners, whose address is Post Office Box 606, Hamilton, Alabama 35570, a response to the Complaint on or before the 17th day of March, 2025, or a Judgment by Default will be entered against you.
