Christina "Chris" Burgess has been named Senior Director of Finance for Community Eldercare Services (CES) in Tupelo, Miss.
Burgess has more than 30 years of health care finance experience. In that time, she has worked primarily in hospital settings, most recently with Northwest Alabama Medical Center Holy.
Burgess has a proven track record of improving cash flow and directing revenue cycles. She has developed proven strategies in the management of billing and accounts receivable. She will bring strategic insights and operational expertise to her new role.
Burgess and her husband, Gregg, share 10 grandchildren between them and spend most Saturdays working at their dragstrip, I-22 Motorsports Park in Eldridge, Ala.
They are active members of Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Winfield, where Burgess is also the church treasurer. When she has spare time it is invested in spoiling her grandchildren.
